2005, February 7,
announces the launch of
Johnston Solutions, Inc.,
now in her
third year of advising, coaching and providing interim management to
the staffing, recruiting and employment services industry.
- 2004 (and
2003), delivered programs at Staffing Today’s annual convention in Washington, DC
and Las Vegas, Nevada.
- 2002 Began
consulting, training and speaking, exclusively to the staffing,
recruiting, and employer services industry. Recognized as the most
successful consultant (for second year sales), in the history of the
organization.
- 2001 Started a
finance and accounting search division from scratch, Chicago,
Illinois, achieving hires within the first 45 days of operation.
- 1996 Promoted
to Vice President of national recruitment firm.
- 1995 Patti
became a Certified Personnel Consultant.
- 1993 was
awarded a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a
Certificate in Organizational Leadership from John F. Kennedy
University, Orinda, California.
- 1988 received
a Bachelor or Arts in Business, Marketing Concentration, Southern
Oregon State University, Ashland, Oregon.
- Member,
chairperson, and/or past facilitator with: Human Resource Management
Association of Chicago (HRMAC), Society for Human Resource
Professionals (SHRP), American Staffing Association (ASA), and The
Affiliated Staffing Group (ASG). Founder and Past President of
Extreme Toastmasters of Chicago.
- Nearly 20
years of sales and management experience (with the bulk of it in the
Staffing/Recruiting and Employment Services Industry.)
